When you invest in a VB-1, you’re investing in a precision-built, made-to-order product designed for long-term professional use. Every VB-1 vocal booth is covered by a comprehensive 5-year product guarantee, giving you confidence in both its construction and performance.
Our class leading extended guarantee reflects the quality of materials used, engineering expertise and craftsmanship that go into every build — from the bonded structural framework and shell, to the floating construction, acoustic treatment and hardware.
Should a manufacturing fault arise within the 5-year guarantee period, we will repair or replace the faulty component.
As a dedicated manufacturer, we retain detailed build specifications and CAD data for every unit, allowing us to support you properly should any issue arise.
What Our Guarantee Does Not Cover
