These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the SleekSonics website and the purchase of any products from us. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

References to “we”, “us” or “our” mean SleekSonics. References to “you” mean the customer or website user.

2. Products

​

The VB-1 and any associated products are built to order. All descriptions, specifications and images are provided for guidance only. We reserve the right to make minor design or specification adjustments where necessary, provided these do not materially affect performance. Fabric and hardware colours shown in images may vary slightly from the final product due to lighting and screen display differences.

Because our products are bespoke or built-to-order, certain statutory cancellation rights may not apply once production has commenced.

​

3. Orders

​

An order is only confirmed once we have accepted it in writing (including email confirmation).

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order prior to acceptance, including where:

• Payment has not been authorised

• There has been a pricing error

• The product is unavailable

• We suspect fraudulent activity

4. Pricing and Payment

​

All prices are listed in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated.

​

We reserve the right to change prices at any time prior to order confirmation.

​

Payment must be made in full, or in accordance with agreed staged payment terms, before production or dispatch unless otherwise agreed in writing.

​

Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers. We do not store full card details.

​

5. Lead Time, Delivery & Installation Conditions

​

The VB-1 vocal booth is a made-to-order product and is built specifically to the customer’s selected specification. An approximate lead time of six (6) weeks applies from the date of confirmed payment. We are not bound to lead times- they are estimates which may vary depending on production schedule and material availability.

Following receipt of payment, SleekSonics will contact the customer to arrange a consultation regarding delivery access and installation requirements. Due to the modular nature and size of the booth, adequate access must be available to ensure safe and practical delivery and assembly. Delivery & installation is free of charge within a 100 mile radius of Coventry.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information regarding access conditions at the delivery location, including but not limited to:

​

• Stair access and number of floors

• Lift availability and size

• Corridor width and turning space

• Distance from unloading point to installation room

• Parking restrictions or permit requirements

• Geographic location relative to the standard installation area​

​

Where access is restricted or delivery falls outside of the 100 mile radius of Coventry (for example, upper floors without lift access, narrow staircases, long carry distances, limited parking, road charges, or locations outside the standard service area), additional charges may apply. Any such costs will be discussed, agreed upon and invoiced for prior to installation.

​

If, upon review of the access conditions, SleekSonics determines that delivery and installation cannot be carried out safely or reasonably, we reserve the right to decline installation. In such circumstances, a refund may be issued in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Any non-recoverable costs already incurred may be deducted where applicable.

By completing a purchase, the customer confirms that they understand and accept these lead time, delivery and installation conditions.

6. Cancellations and Returns

​

Due to the bespoke or built-to-order nature of our products, cancellations may not be accepted once production has begun.

​

If you are a consumer purchasing remotely (online or by phone), you may have rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. However, these rights may not apply to customised or made-to-order goods.

​

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.

​

7. Warranty

​

We warrant that our products will be free from material defects in workmanship for a reasonable period from delivery.

This warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by misuse or unauthorised relocation

• Normal wear and tear

• Unauthorised modifications

​

Our liability is limited to repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.

​

8. Limitation of Liability

​

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with your purchase shall be limited to the purchase price paid.

​

We shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of business, profit, revenue, or opportunity.

​

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Intellectual Property

​

All content on this website, including text, images, product designs and branding, is the property of SleekSonics and may not be copied, reproduced or distributed without prior written permission.

10. Website Use

​

You agree not to misuse this website, introduce malicious software, or attempt unauthorised access to our systems.

We do not guarantee that the website will be uninterrupted or error-free.

11. Privacy

​

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing Law

​

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
