Payment Options
We accept payment via most major debit and credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard and American Express. If you would prefer to pay via BACS/bank transfer, we’re very happy to accommodate this on request — just get in touch and we’ll provide the details.
We aim to make the payment process as smooth and flexible as possible.
What Happens After You Place Your Order

We like to keep the process clear, straightforward and personal. Once your order is submitted online, here’s what happens:
1. Order received
Once you submit your order through our website, your payment will show as pending in your bank account. We do not immediately capture the funds. Instead, we personally review every order before it is formally confirmed.
2. Personal confirmation call
Shortly after your order comes through, a member of our team will contact you to confirm the details, talk through delivery access and installation requirements, and arrange a suitable installation date based on our current lead times.
3. Delivery & installation review
Delivery and on-site installation are included free of charge within a 100-mile radius of Coventry, provided access is suitable and unrestricted. In most cases, this is straightforward. However, if the installation location involves factors such as upper floors without suitable lift access, extended carrying distances, parking restrictions, road charges, or if you are located outside of the 100-mile radius, there may be an additional delivery charge.
If this applies to you, we will always discuss it openly and clearly before proceeding. Any additional cost will be invoiced separately alongside your original order, so everything remains transparent.
4. Order confirmation
Once delivery details and any additional charges are agreed, we will capture the pending payment and confirm your order. We will then schedule and build your VB-1.
In the very rare circumstances following consultation, that delivery or installation is deemed unsuitable under our Terms & Conditions, your pending payment will be released and your online order cancelled.
This extra step allows us to ensure that your booth can be delivered safely, installed properly, and perfectly suited to your space — giving you complete confidence from the outset.
